Get enough sleep:

Sleep is crucial for both physical and mental health. Most adults need around seven to eight hours of sleep per night to function at their best. Not getting enough sleep can lead to several problems, such as fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and even depression. So make sure to get into a regular sleep schedule and stick to it as much as possible.
