Chocolate Cream Pie Cocktail Recipe

chocolate cream pie cocktail recipe This Easter, you can have your Easter Egg and drink it! If there’s two things I love in life (apart from fashion and beauty), it’s chocolate and cocktails. If you’ve read here for a long time – or follow my instagram – you’ll know I like to treat myself to these on the regular. So, as a little Easter treat for you, today I’m going to be bringing you the most wonderful alternative Easter Egg recipe for you to try at home this weekend.

Today I’m going to be telling you how to create the most delicious, alcoholic concoction; the Chocolate Cream Pie cocktail. This recipe is ideal for Easter parties or celebrating on your own for a sweet night in.

Ingredients you will need:

How to make it:

  1. Crush up your Oreos so they’re nice and crumbly; you could try other chocolate biscuits if you don’t have these in. Sprinkle half of the Oreo dust in the chocolate ice cream and mix it right up.
  2. Pop all your ingredients (aside from the rest of the Oreo Dust and your other biscuits) into a glass. Add the ice cream on top.
  3. Stir everything up with crushed ice. Once it’s all stirred in, top the cocktail with more ice and garnish with whipped cream, two chocolate fingers and an oyster waffle. Fancy!
  4. If you’re feeling super posh, pour chocolate sauce on the rim of the glass and stick Oreo dust on dripped sauce to finish off the whole cocktail.
  5. Viola! Your very own Chocolate Cream Pie! Drink it right up.

This sassy little summin’ summin’ is really tasty snack if you’d rather drink your Easter egg than eat it. Of course, we can’t all be professional mixologists, so if you fancy heading to a bar to celebrite Easter this year, Oh, You Pretty Things champagne bar is offering this cocktail for £9.99 throughout Easter bank holiday weekend at Manchester Trafford Centre. I might even pop along myself!
