Say hello to the new love of my wardrobe life: my beautiful new Technicolour Dream Dress. This Closet London Strip Midi Dress is taken from one of Closet London’s latest collections for Summer 2018, Super Saturated. Sent via Brand Nation and inspired by the vibrancy of Mexico, Super Saturated is a selection of dresses, skirts and blouses in statement colours and prints. And, well, having fondly nicknamed this pleated A-line midi dress my ‘Technicolour Dream Dress’ after Joseph’s favourite coat, I am all in for the bright colours! The amount of compliments I have had on this dress is ridiculous! It truly makes a statement.
I have always been a big fan of Closet London and this dress is no exception. I love how unique and well made the brand is; the products are such high quality and excellent value for money, as they truly feel luxurious to wear. I personally love to wear dresses such as this to work (like I did for these photos), as they are so easy to throw on and yet still looks so smart and like you’ve made a big effort. I’m a fan.
As this dress is such a huge statement piece, I decided to keep things super simple with the accessories here. A pair of simple black heeled Clarks sandals, my black Radley handbag and my Ralph Lauren shades and I was good to go. A simple and easy to put together look that truly turns heads!
