#LFBlooms Lookfantastic Beauty Box April 2016

Another month, another Lookfantastic Beauty Box – and honestly, the boxes just keep getting better and better! Not only are the products always high quality and a lovely travel size, the designs of each box are so lovely that I am now amounting quite the #LFBeautyBox storage collection. Today I’ll be unboxing the April 2016 Lookfantastic Beauty Box, the #LFBlooms edition. Not only is the packaging super Spring-like and floral, the theme behind it is too; all natural, organic beauty products to coincide with Earth Day this month.

In the true spirit of Organic Beauty Month, Lookfantastic have also given us some ideas on how to re-use the box, including this super cute up-cycling idea to make them into floral arrangements. I love it! Personally, I’m not quite as creative, and am currently using my empty boxes to store my make-up brushes and sponges in; doesn’t look as pretty but works just as well! Anyway, enough of the box – onto what’s inside…

I’m going to start with my two favourite items in the box, the Rituals Miracle Scrub hand scrub and the Elemis British Botanical Hand and Nail Butter. As a bit of a handcream addict, these two items are a lovely treat for me and really made my day. They’re also some of my favourite natural skincare brands, especially Elemis which is totally a luxury for me, and so these two will help keep my mitts spick and span – a quick exfoliation wash before moisturising – ready for pastel Spring manicures.

Next up there’s another exfoliate and moisutrise combination – this time for my body! The Balance Me Super Toning Body Polish is paraben-free and includes all natural ingredients, meaning it’s soft and gentle enough to be used all over your body. Well, not ALL over (you know what I mean!). It’s the perfect pre-holiday prep to get your arms and legs ready for a spot of tan, which, when you’re starting to feel bronzed, is where the next time comes in. The TanWorx Tan Mainteiner aims to prolongue your tanned skin in a safe way, by preventing exfoliation of the top layer of skin and adding a subtle bit of colour to the body as a gradual moisturiser. Both of these are a lovely travel size, so also handy for popping in your holiday bag ready for the beach!

If you’re looking for something else for your travel bag, these two decent simple sized items are perfect for popping in your overnight bag for a luxurious shower on the go.
