Hey kittens, today’s Outfit of the Day has an extra little summin’ summin’ for you to celebrate the longgg bank holiday weekend. Not only am I wearing a pretty darn Easter-time themed shirt (the colour of daffodils, anyone?) but I am giving y’all the chance to win a prize which is WAY better than a chocolate egg.
Suede is possibly the biggest trend of Spring 2015, and this beautiful jacket by Barney’s really hits the spot. Barney’s have a special place in my heart – they’re a local, Manchester based company (part of IL2L) and are family run business making the most beautiful handmade leather and suede jackets. The quality really is incredible and this jacket is no different.
In fact, you may be surprised to know this is actually a men’s style – I know, I know, they make tons of beautiful women’s designs but I just had to go for that. Classic me. Well, my Outfit of the Day’s aren’t gender-binding, that’s for sure.
As if Suede wasn’t a good enough nod to the huge 1970’s trend that we saw all over the catwalks at London Fashion week, I paired the jacket with this mustard yellow batwing silk shirt, a good old floppy hat and a pair of stunning gold and tan sandals from Linzi’s Shoes. The colours really compliment each other so well and I am pretty proud of that, I must say!
I’m all about a bit of retro and the 70’s trends right now have really caught my eye. The only thing is, I’m not quite brave enough to wear flares yet. Just not yet.

Really moisturises extremely well, smells absolutely gorgeous, and feels like the highest luxury even though it barely costs anything!

To treat my self I get my hair done for a fab night out as don't often get nights out as busy with kids and farm where we stay
