Pronation and underpronation

Pronation refers to how your foot moves when you walk or run. In a normal situation, your foot rolls inwards to absorb the shock of the foot hitting the ground. In the case of underpronation, the foot displays an abnormally high arch, which affects the flexibility when you stand.
