OUTFIT DETAILS maxi dress: Chi Chi* // jewel statement earrings: Mood via Jon Richard* // Hey kittens, happy July! (Can I still say that 1 week in? Is it REALLY 7th July today? Eeek!) Today’s outfit is another lovely summer look. Perhaps a good prom dress call? I know I’d have loved to get my mitts on a dress as unusual and affordable as this Chi Chi number if it was my prom again. Speaking of which – does anyone fancy arranging a ‘bloggers prom’? I’d be so up for that!
This dress is named the Mermaid Dress by Chi Chi and I honestly couldn’t think of a better name. I kinda felt like Ariel when she gets her legs and goes after Eric. But heck, I ain’t going after no man and I sure as wouldn’t wear this dress to go after one – this is a dress only women would appreciate! Look at the scalloped bodice, the colour-matched beading around the neck and the double lined, flowing maxi skirt. Just beautiful.
