Soap and Glory #GlamToTheWorld Christmas Collection

Hello, December! It’s finally the ‘official’ festive season and I am so ready for this! In order to kick things off in style, I thought it was the perfect time to share my press preview of the Soap and Glory #GlamToTheWorld  Christmas Collection. As a huge Soap and Glory fan – longtime lover and Christmas wishlist writer – I was delighted to be invited along to see what they had in store for Christmas 2015. Spoiler alert: I was not disappointed!

Arriving at a private room at the shabby chic Botanist on Deansgate, Manchester, it was a rainy Thursday night. Pretty dull, but soon to be brightened by the plethora of pink prettiness inside this little Soap and Glory haven! In true S&G style, the room was adorned with pink props, pink products and pink champagne. Well, what else?! With cupcakes to nibble on and fizz to sip, it was a casual affair – chatting with the very lovely Soap and Glory staff and mingling with other bloggers. Very chilled and very lovely.

Although Soap and Glory recently expanded into the cosmetics sector, and now have a huge range of make-up products available (sneaky peek: a little bird told me it’s about to get a lot bigger!) I traditionally think of them as experts in bathtimes and toiletries. I am forever a fan of Soap and Glory’s bath and shower products; I ask for them every year for Christmas and their Righteous Butter is my favourite body moisturiser ever! For their #GlamToTheWorld products haven been given a new lease of life in beautiful and quirky packaging. My personal favourite was this huge bauble above, the Belle of the Ball, which would be a highly impress – yet highly affordable – gift at just £12! Bargain.

In true festive fun spirit, Soap and Glory also encouraged us to take part in a couple of games. Aside from tons of Christmas, sparkly photo props around (the perfect blogger accessories for selfies!) there were also little quizes, such as ‘guess the amount of rubber ducks in the jar!’. Soap and Glory’s mascot is a pink little rubber ducky, Puck, and they are so proud of him. In fact, this year’s Christmas collection is the first time he is available to buy in a gift set, which is a really cute little touch!

The #GlamToTheWorld collection contains gifts of all shapes and sizes, from little Christmas crackers to huge sports bags full of booty, there’s 32 new products in all so plenty to choose from. It’s certainly given me a lot of Christmas pressie inspiration and I know that this year Soap and Glory will be staying firmly on my Christmas wish list.
