Review: By Caprice

Hey kittens!

 

This blog post is a little different and (fortunately) it is one I won’t be modelling for you – lingerie!

Recently I was lucky enough to get my paws on this beautiful lingerie from the By Caprice range. And following Caprice’s recent appearance on prime time Saturday night telly show, Splash, I thought it was the perfect time to show y’all – especially as she looked so gorgeous in her swimsuit!

Well, I can only hope that I look even half as purrrfect as Caprice in my gorgeous Boheme* set, although God knows I feel just as fabulous! Being voted Maxim’s International Woman of the Year for three years running and GQ Magazine’s Woman of the Year, she is fully qualified at knowing what makes a lady look – and feel – attractive and now I feel I have experienced a little of her fabulosity.

The Glamour Puss started By Caprice Lingerie in 2006, which she fully finances,
designs, models and markets.  She started the company in hope of
creating a brand and company that she could pass on to her future family
and most importantly doing what she loves to do best: make gorgeous ,
comfortable, garments for her customers so they feel beautiful, sexy and
feminine. 

Y’all kittens know that over and above clothing garments, I love a woman who is fiercely fashionable and knows her own mind. Good on ya, gal!

 
In terms of the items themselves, they really are beautifully made. It is so obvious they are of such high quality and better than some very expensive underwear which I’ve previously bought and been disappointed with after a couple of wears. The bra is padded to the perfect amount, they are so lacey and adorned with sewn in flowers that are so intricate I feel they must be hand-sewn. There is just attention to detail everywhere, from the thoughtful gift tag to the silk bows on the bra. 
Everything about the lingerie purrrs “expensive” but they are really so reasonable for the price and I feel like I might have to treat myself to some more – it’s like a secret party under my clothes!

    Very pretty :-) not sure I would get it in such a bright pink though ha ha maybe black or white! Would never have thought about looking at Caprice's lingerie but she looked amazing on Splash (!) and this underwear looks gorge too.. Maybe m&s has some competition now! X
